RO CND Survey provides independent marine and cargo survey services in the Port of Constanta and surrounding areas.

Our activities are focused on supporting shipowners, operators, charterers, freight forwarders, and insurers with accurate inspections and reliable reporting.

The scope of services includes cargo condition surveys, damage surveys, draft surveys, on-hire and off-hire surveys, bunker surveys, and condition surveys, as well as attendance during loading and discharge operations and other related inspection services. All assignments are carried out on site, based on direct observation and documented findings.
